The BCB-100A is a hydraulic busbar bender used to form accurate bends in copper and aluminium busbar during substation and switchgear assembly. It develops a 59Mpa hydraulic output with a 320mm stroke, and bends busbar from 40mm to 120mm wide and 4mm to 12mm thick through angles between 90 and 180 degrees. The bending angle is set directly on the tool, allowing repeatable, uniform bends without pre-marking each piece.
