When a connector has to be crimped high on a tower or deep inside a substation bay, a tool you can break down and hand up safely makes the difference. This split type hydraulic crimper separates the crimping head from the pump, so the operator positions a light head on the conductor while the heavier pump stays at a safe, comfortable height. The design has grown out of years of supporting cable termination and live-line teams on EHV substation work.

Each head and pump is assembled, pressure-tested, and function-checked before packing, and each batch keeps a traceable inspection record. Production follows an ISO 9001 quality system with CCC compliance, and pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, or your nominated third party is welcome.

Packing and Delivery

Sets ship in wooden cases or paper boxes, with export orders packed in plywood cases. Stock models leave in 3-7 working days; custom die sets, hose lengths, and private-label packaging are quoted on request.
