The GLQYS is an engine-powered traction machine built to install fiber optic cable through underground ducts, conduits and cable trays. Its opposed traction wheels grip the cable or draw wire evenly and feed it at a steady 50-60m/min, so long runs can be pulled with far less manual effort and without over-stressing the fiber.

Q: What cable diameters does it handle?
A: The GLQYS covers 5mm to 45mm cable; share your fiber type and duct layout and we will confirm the right grip set.
Q: Does it need mains power?
A: No. It runs on its own 3.7KW engine with a 4L fuel tank, so it works on remote sites.
Q: Will it damage the fiber?
A: The opposed traction wheels feed the cable evenly below the fiber's stress limit; correct grip selection keeps the run clean.
Tell us your cable diameter, run length and duct conditions, and our team will confirm the right GLQYS configuration, grip set, lead time and shipping plan.
