Product Description

Rope Reel and Stand for Industrial Rope Storage and Controlled Deployment

The Rope Reel and Stand is a modular rope management system for workshops, yards and field stores. Each pair combines a welded steel stand with a matched driven reel so rope, wire rope and hybrid line feed out under control instead of being dragged across the floor. Six models cover reel sizes from 480mm to 1200mm, and because the base, column and reel mount separate, the unit can be moved, stored and reloaded without a crane.

Build and Operation

Matched reel and stand: supplied as a pair, so reel and stand dimensions are aligned for smooth rotation from the first use.
Heavy-duty steel frame: a welded base keeps the stand stable while the reel turns under load.
Sealed bearing rotation: the reel spins freely for even, low-effort payout and rewind.
Modular assembly: base, column and reel mount separate quickly for transport and compact storage.
Transport lock: drums are secured so the reel cannot spin loose while the unit is moved.
Multi-rope compatible: suits wire rope, nylon and polypropylene line.
