Hydraulic Type Cable Reel Stand for Safe and Efficient Handling of Heavy Power Cable Drums

The Hydraulic Type Cable Reel Stand is a purpose-built material-handling solution that raises heavy cable and conductor drums from ground level to a secure working height using a manual hydraulic pump. Mounted on a reinforced high-tensile steel chassis and offered in six load ratings from 50KN to 300KN, it lets a single operator position, lift and pay out drums up to 5000mm in diameter that would otherwise demand a crane and a full crew.

Engineered Around Real Cable-Stringing Work

Hydraulic lift system: a robust hand pump and cylinder raise the drum off the ground with minimal effort, removing the manual lifting and rolling that causes most back and crush injuries on site.
Adjustable arms accommodate drum core holes from 76mm to 200mm and lock the drum securely throughout payout.
Integrated braking applies precise back-tension so cable feeds evenly without slack, kinks or overrun.
Heavy-duty pneumatic wheels let one person move a loaded stand across uneven surfaces and align it with the pull direction.
Reinforced frame: welding is doubled at every stress point and the wide, low cradle keeps the unit stable under full rated load.
