Steel tubular tower is a traditional superior product of our factory. Especially the self developed multi-station flange processing system has significantly improved the precision of geometric tolerance for each work piece. Thanks to such a process, the 190m high Huangpu large crossing steel tube tower was appraised as a national quality project. Our factory is supplied with advanced equipment such as 2400-ton bending machines, line cutting machines, stitch welding machines, and CNC plasma cutting machines. With these equipment, it is capable to produce equal-diameter tubes and cone-shaped tubes in polygon and round shape. The CNC stitch welding machine can realize one-time moulding of stitch welding for steel tube and the welding line can achieve double-size moulding through single welding. Our factory has been highly affirmed for its production capacity and product quality.
Steel tubular tower members withstand low wind pressure, large cross-section bending rigidity, simple structure, and clear force transmission, which can give full play to the material's bearing performance. On the one hand, it can reduce the weight of the tower and reduce the foundation force; on the other hand, it can help to increase extremes. Ability to resist natural disasters under conditions. When the strength and stability calculation requirements are met, the use of a steel pipe tower with a relatively small wind pressure body shape coefficient can significantly reduce the wind load on the tower body.
Production Process
Here is fabrication process for our transmission tower; however, both parties must discuss all drawings and confirm all shop drawings, technical specification, and which standard to conform. Before mass production, we must received all signed approved shop drawings and technical documents from our client.
